Common questions

What does license-based pricing mean?

At Circula, you only pay for what you really need. While every employee can get access to the platform, they'll only require a license for the months where they actively submit, approve or control an expense or create a report. Therefore, we have a hybrid model, working with both fixed licenses for your heavy users – and flexible licenses for the ones that might only use Circula occasionally.

Is there a minimum number of licenses that need to be purchased?

In order to ensure your team's efficiency, Circula always contains a minimum of 10 licenses. We still offer options for small teams – feel free to reach out to our experts to learn more.

Are all integrations free of charge?

Circula offers numerous plug and play integrations that are included in the subscription. For particularly complex or extensive integrations, however, the costs are subject to invoicing. Please feel free to contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
